Architectural Review

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) at Bridgewater Bay is a group of community volunteers responsible for reviewing and approving all plans for interior or exterior changes and additions to homes within the community.

To begin the ARC process, please submit the completed ARC Application Form along with the following required documentation:

ARC Application Check List

___ Completed ARC Application

___ Site plan/ exterior or floor plan/ interior

___ Contractor plans such as scope of work, including scaled drawing showing,

pictures or and Spec Sheet- (2nd floor flooring Proflex 68 or higher)

___ Proof of Permit Submission (If applicable)

___ Vendor's License

___ Vendor’s Certificate of Insurance including:

Workers’ Compensation Insurance or Workers’ Compensation Exemption Letter

The Certificate Holder and Additional Insured section on the insurance certificate must list

Bridgewater Bay Property Owners' Association

(Sub-Association Name)

Please email the complete ARC application packet to both:

BridgewaterBay@CastleGroup.com and sdumel@castlegroup.com

Once the management office receives your complete application, it will first be submitted to your Sub-Association for review. After their decision, the application will be presented to the Bridgewater Bay Architectural Review Committee for final approval.
