Sales & Leasing
Sales require approvals from both Bridgewater Bay POA and the appropriate sub-association, and the following documents are needed to start the application:
- Driver’s License(s)/Passport for each owner and/or application over 18 occupying the unit
- Executed Purchase Agreement
- Vehicle Registrations
- Social Security # for all applicants
- Contact Information for 2 Reference
- Pet Registration (Photos, Vaccinations, licenses, and pet forms) (If applicable)
Leases only require approval from the appropriate sub-association, and the following documents are needed to start the application process:
- Driver’s License(s)/Passport for each owner and/or application over 18 occupying the unit
- Executed Lease Agreement or Renewal
- Vehicle Registrations
- Social Security # for all applicants
- Contact Information for 2 Reference
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
