Sales & Leasing

 

Sales require approvals from both Bridgewater Bay POA and the appropriate sub-association, and the following documents are needed to start the application:

  1. Driver’s License(s)/Passport for each owner and/or application over 18 occupying the unit
  2. Executed Purchase Agreement
  3. Vehicle Registrations
  4. Social Security # for all applicants
  5. Contact Information for 2 Reference
  6. Pet Registration (Photos, Vaccinations, licenses, and pet forms) (If applicable)

 

Leases only require approval from the appropriate sub-association, and the following documents are needed to start the application process: 

  1. Driver’s License(s)/Passport for each owner and/or application over 18 occupying the unit
  2. Executed Lease Agreement or Renewal
  3. Vehicle Registrations
  4. Social Security # for all applicants
  5. Contact Information for 2 Reference
  6. NO PETS ALLOWED.

 

All of the instructions for the Sales and Leases are completed through TENANT EVALUATION, a third party vendor.  Below are the instructions and property code(s) to the appropriate associations.
