Certificate of Insurance Requests
Owners and lenders may request a Certificate of Insurance directly from our insurance provider.
The following Associations may request a Certificate of Insurance through Acrisure Insurance:
- Carriage Homes Association
- Garden Homes Association
- Mango Bay Association
To request a Certificate of Insurance:
Please email Acrisure Insurance at Condocertificates@gulfshoreinsurance.com
Include the following in your request:
- Your bank letter
- Your property address
- Your contact information
Once received by Acrisure, the required insurance information will be provided to you and your bank.
The following Associations may request a Certificate of Insurance through Gallagher Insurance:
- Coral Bay I Association
- Coral Bay II Association
- Coral Bay III Association
To request a Certificate of Insurance:
Please email Gallagher at Naples.bsd.fax@ajg.com
Include the following in your request:
- Your bank letter
- Your property address
- Lender Contact information such as email
Once received by Gallagher the required insurance information will be provided to your bank.
